RavenWorks uses an ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning machine and an ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning solution on all of its injectors. They are submerged in cleaning solution and pulsed while being subjected to ultrasonic waves. The combination of the solution and the ultrasonics aggressively clean the internal and external parts of the injectors. We also install new external components on your fuel injectors. This includes new filter baskets, seals, and pintle caps.

We want every customer to be confident that our fuel injector reconditioning is successful. To prove it to our customers, we provide them with a custom computer print out of their fuel injector's data before and after the ultrasonic cleaning. This data sheet will provide you with valuable information on the performance of your fuel injectors and allow us to show you the quality work we do at RavenWorks.

Note: Injectors with severe water damage or internal electrical problems may not be repairable.

Turnaround Time

We take turnaround seriously at RavenWorks. We always try to turnaround your fuel injectors in 1 business day. Depending on the volume of fuel injectors we have to do, it can take up to 2-3 business days. If this occurs, the customer will be notified right away of this inconvenience.

Shipping Information

1. Wrap each individual injector in bubble wrap, newspaper or anything that you feel will protect your fuel injector during shipping.
2. Place the fuel injectors in a zip lock bag to keep them all together during shipping.
3. Fill your shipping box half way with Styrofoam peanuts, bubble packaging, or newspaper.
4. Place your fuel injectors on top and add more packaging materials.
5. After your order is complete you will receive an order number. Write the order number on your shipping form.
6. Place your shipping form on top and seal up the box.
